This is one of the cheapest games to make and it can be played by people of any age.  This game is played at almost every state fair in America and I am sure that every American has played this game at least once in their life.  Because all you need to play this game are some balloons, darts and a place to attach the balloons, you can play this game at any occasion.  When I was young I played this at my friends birthday parties often. 

For gameplay, first attach your blown up balloons to a wall.  You can use either tape or tacks for this.  Then have the players stand at a distance of your choosing and then they can throw darts at the balloons.  At a state fair, you pay money for a set number of darts and if you pop a certain number of balloons you win a prize. 

When I set up this game for parties at my house, I like to write numbers on small pieces of paper and put a number under each balloon.  If a player pops that balloon, they get the prize that I have assigned to that number.  Most of the prizes are cheap things like candy or stickers, but I also have at least a few big prizes to get people excited about playing.  Depending on party size, everyone gets three darts to throw.  If they miss a balloon, c`est la vie.  No prize awared for missed darts. 

But of course you can be as strict as you want to be or make the game as easy or as difficult as you want.  Make people throw from far distances or give them many darts to try.  Its up to you!  Enjoy!
